Registration Policy

Each paper requires at least one full registration, otherwise the paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings.
Student registration is allowed for a paper only when a co-author has a full registration. Student registrants should provide the manuscript ID of the co-author.
Student, IEEE and IES registrants must provide proof of student or member status by uploading a copy of the university or member identification card through the form after the payment. IEEE Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE members at the time of registration. Please visit https://www.ieee.org/membership/join/index.html to join.
IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.
For application of insurance, ID/Passport No. and date of birth are required for participants and accompanying persons who will be joining the Conference Tour.

Online Registration System:

Overseas physical conference will be available once the restrictions on entering Taiwan is terminated. Please see the entry restrictions below. You also could visit here to have more information.

Over-length page charge: 1,500 NTD/page
(Standard page is 2-4 pages, an over-length paper will be charged with 1,500 NTD per page and a limited over-length page number of 4.)

Payment Policy

Registration payment will be processed through a secure web-based credit card payment system.
All payments must be made in Taiwanese Dollars.
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and JCB are acceptable).
Please note that the registrant should be responsible for the wire transfer fee, if the registrant pays by bank transfer. The banking charges of the wire transfer are on the registrant.
Please complete the payment by the payment deadline, or we will remove the paper from the presentation schedule.

Cancellation Policy

All refund or cancellation requests must be made in writing, by e-mail (icmt2022@nkust.edu.tw) and confirmed by the Secretariat before October 31th, 2022. No refunds will be provided after this date.
