Paper Submission

Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be published in an IEEE Proceedings.
English is the official language of the conference. Regular and Special Session papers length must be between two (2) and four (4) pages of A4 or letter format. Additional pages can be included at extra fee according to registration fee rules.
Draft version of papers should be submitted for review before the submission deadline (Aug. 20th Sep. 10th, 2022).
Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference paper format. IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files included in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. It is strongly recommended to use the set of templates in MS Word or other formats provided by IEEE.
Please use them to create your paper (please do not modify the style or the format). PDF eXPress is only required for final camera ready submissions, but authors are invited to check their papers’ format from the first submission.
Please make sure that only original work is being submitted (not previously published/copyrighted). The conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers. IEEE takes disciplinary actions when violations are detected.
Accepted papers must be presented at the conference. Contributions will be scheduled in the final program and published in the conference proceedings after registration and payment of the conference fee by at least one author by October 15th October 25th 2022, as explained in the page on registration fees and payment. Accepted papers duly presented during the conference will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore online digital library and EI Compendex database.
